Who qualifies for Student Complete

The discount is applied automatically when your order meets both conditions:

• The order contains at least three distinct source documents
• At least one of them is a Bachelor's Degree Certificate or an Academic Transcript
• No student card or extra personal data is needed — the academic document itself is the eligibility basis

Example combinations that qualify:

• Bachelor's Degree Certificate + Academic Transcript + birth certificate
• Academic Transcript + criminal record certificate + passport
• Bachelor's Degree Certificate + medical certificate + certificate of registration

An order with only two documents, or with three documents but no degree certificate or transcript among them, does not qualify.

How the 25% discount is calculated

The 25% is applied to the eligible net translation price — the subtotal for the documents in your order, before VAT. Spanish IVA (VAT) at 21% is then charged on the discounted amount, so the saving carries through to the total you pay.

Worked example:

• Eligible net subtotal: €200
• Student Complete discount (25%): −€50
• Discounted net price: €150
• IVA (VAT, 21%) on €150: €31.50
• Total to pay: €181.50

Urgency and expedited-delivery charges are not discounted — they are added at their normal price on top of the discounted translation price. There is no fixed package price: the final amount always depends on the documents in your order, and you see it in full before paying. This worked example is illustrative only — your exact saving is calculated from the documents in your order and shown automatically before you pay.

Digital delivery, valid across Spain

Each translation is prepared and certified by a sworn translator appointed by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC) and delivered as a PDF signed with a qualified electronic signature. Under Orden AUC/213/2025 and the eIDAS regulation, this digital format carries the same legal weight in Spain as a physical stamp. You download your translations through a secure link — nothing is sent by post, and you never need to hand over paper originals.

Scanned documents that our system can read completely are usually priced automatically — where available, this covers documents of up to 15 pages. Longer documents, or scans that cannot be read completely, receive a manual quote instead — you still see the final price before paying anything.

What the discount does not cover

• Urgency and expedited-delivery charges are never discounted.
• A multi-page document counts as one document — pages do not increase the document count.
• The discount does not stack with other order-level promotions.
• If you remove documents so that fewer than three remain, or remove the qualifying academic document, the discount is removed.
