Sworn Translation for Spanish Immigration (Extranjería)
Non-EU nationals applying for any residency permit, work permit, or family reunification in Spain.
Spanish immigration procedures — including residency, work permits, family reunification, and long-term residence — regularly require sworn translations of official documents. The Oficina de Extranjería and the Delegación del Gobierno require that all foreign-language documents are accompanied by a certified Spanish translation from a MAEC-appointed sworn translator.
