Professional translation services

Traducet is an online translation service based in Tarragona, Spain. It provides professional translation of personal, academic, legal and business documents, and certified and sworn (official) translations for use before Spanish authorities. Everything is ordered, paid for and delivered online.

Common documents — birth and marriage certificates, criminal-record certificates, degrees and transcripts, driving licences, contracts and company documents — have an instant price in the order form. Other documents are reviewed case by case, and you never pay before the price is confirmed.

Sworn translations for Spain

A sworn translation (traducción jurada) is an official, certified translation accepted by Spanish authorities. For sworn translations in Spain, Traducet works with Traductores-Intérpretes Jurados appointed by Spain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC). Each sworn translation is prepared and digitally signed by one of these MAEC-appointed translators.

Because it is certified by a MAEC-appointed translator, a Traducet sworn translation is accepted across the Spanish administration: immigration offices (Extranjería), the Civil Registry, universities, the DGT, notaries, courts and consulates. It is delivered as a PDF signed with a qualified electronic signature, which under Orden AUC/213/2025 and the eIDAS regulation carries the same legal weight in Spain as a physical stamp.

The 22% October 2026 discount applies to every sworn translation ordered online through the Traducet order form.

Languages

Traducet currently offers translations between Spanish and 17 other languages, in both directions. The full, up-to-date list — with dedicated pages for the most requested language pairs — is on the languages page.

For languages with very few sworn translators, Traducet confirms price and availability before you pay.

100% online process

Traducet is 100% online: no office visits, no appointments and no postal originals. The order journey is the same during the promotion as at any other time.

  1. Upload your document

Send a PDF, JPG or PNG through the order form. A clear photo is enough; you never have to send the physical original.

  2. See your price before you pay

Choose the document type, language pair and delivery time. Traducet shows the exact price, VAT included, before payment. During the promotion the discount is already reflected in that price for sworn translation orders.

  3. Pay online

Payment is completed online through a secure checkout.

  4. Receive it signed, by email

A sworn translator prepares and digitally signs the translation for official use in Spain. You receive the signed PDF by email and can follow the order's progress online.
