How Traducet Protects Your Documents
You upload sensitive personal documents — passports, birth certificates, criminal records, financial statements. We take the responsibility of handling them seriously.
Secure upload
Documents are uploaded over encrypted connections. Your files are not accessible via public URLs.
Assigned-translator access only
Only the sworn translator assigned to your order can access your document. Access is scoped to the specific order.
Signed delivery links
Your completed translation is delivered via a time-limited download link — not stored at a permanent public address.
Retention and deletion
Documents are retained for a defined period after delivery, then deleted. We do not archive your documents indefinitely.
No AI training
Your documents are never used for AI training, model improvement, or any purpose other than fulfilling your translation.

Sworn translations typically involve official personal documents. These may include:
- Passports and identity documents
- Birth and death certificates
- Marriage certificates
- Criminal record certificates
- Academic transcripts and diplomas
- Driving licences
- Bank and financial certificates
- Residency and immigration documents
- Notarial deeds and powers of attorney
- Court documents
How we handle your documents
Each document you upload is stored in private, access-controlled storage. It is not accessible to the general internet. When your order is assigned, the translator is granted read access for the duration of the translation. No other parties receive access to your document.
When your translation is complete, you receive a time-limited download link by email. The link expires after the retention period. We do not publish translations at permanent public URLs.
Eivura SL as operator
Traducet is operated by Eivura SL, incorporated in Spain. Eivura SL is the data controller under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) for all personal data processed through the platform.
